In our fast-paced world, balancing professional ambition with personal growth often feels like walking a tightrope. This week, we gathered for a special company activity led by Dr. Ray Laiz, diving into the concept of self, the strength of our core values, and the power of resilience. These themes resonated deeply with me, not just as a leader but as a mother, constantly guiding my family and nurturing a foundation that helps each of us navigate our own paths.
